Help us create a vibrant, strong travel advisor community
Rocky Mountain ASTA is an all-volunteer organization. We are always eager to have members of our chapter contribute whatever time or skills they have to help us create a strong and vibrant chapter.
We know you're busy! As Travel Advisors we all have more work on our plates these days as more and more travelers are booking trips. But if you can spare even a few hours a month, or even just for a single event, we'd love to have your help!
A few of the areas we're looking for help with are described below, but whatever skills or experience you have are welcome! Just click the button (or links) to let us know!

CHAPTER COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR (OFFICER ROLE)
8–12 Hours Per Month (2-3 per week)
We've created a new role for our Leadership Team to help manage our communications with our members - this is an important role and the right volunteer will us continue to grow as an Ambassador Circle chapter of ASTA! If you love to communicate, are great at newsletters & social media, and are particularly well-organized, you may be the perfect addition to the Rocky Mountain ASTA Board of Directors. The Communications Coordinator Officer At Large will coordinate our monthly newsletters, manage our social media, and coordinate our website updates to ensure we're getting our members the info they need in a timely and effective way.
This is a crucial position where your digital skills will play a direct role in keeping our members connected and helping our chapter thrive. And as an Officer-at-Large position on the Leadership team, you'll get additional ASTA benefits as well.
I'm a Social Media & Newsletter Aficionado!

Share Your Knowledge3 Hours Once Per Year (Includes Prep Time)
Many of us had different careers before we became Travel Advisors. If you had a particular skill or career—like technology, marketing, accounting, etc—and would be open to sharing your knowledge in a chapter event, we'd love to feature you! You could have the "stage" to yourself or we can assemble a panel for a discussion with members.
