Rocky Mountain ASTA is an all-volunteer organization. We are always eager to have members of our chapter contribute whatever time or skills they have to help us create a strong and vibrant chapter.
We know you're busy! As Travel Advisors we all have more work on our plates these days as more and more travelers are booking trips. But if you can spare even a few hours a month, or even just for a single event, we'd love to have your help!

Representing ASTA at the Travel & Adventure Show2 Hours Once Per Year
Every year in January or February, ASTA hosts a table at the Denver Travel & Adventure Show. If you can help staff that table for a couple of hours during the weekend, it would be a huge help! All resources like flyers and info sheets, as well as a guide to how to talk about ASTA with people, are provided.

Helping Put On the Supplier Showcase
2 Hours Per Month or Once a Year
Our annual trade show is our largest event, and it's no small feat! We need help preparing for the event and during, for things like hospitality, registration, and Supplier coordination.

Young Professionals Society Coordinator4-5 Hours Per Month
If you are under the age of 45 and have a passion for connecting with people, we need someone who can help coordinate the Young Professionals Society here in the Rocky Mountains. This is actually a board-level role that will help connect and grow the next generation of Travel Advisors.

Many of us had different careers before we became Travel Advisors. If you had a particular skill or career—like technology, marketing, accounting, etc—and would be open to sharing your knowledge in a chapter event, we'd love to feature you! You could have the "stage" to yourself or we can assemble a panel for a discussion with members.

Creating flyers, graphics, or other resources we occasionally need to connect with Suppliers, Travel Advisors, and Travelers.

Helping to update our Website, or help run our Audio/Visual equipment at events.
