Join us for our new monthly series to ask or share anything on your mind with Rocky Mountain ASTA's leadership! Our new Office Hours is an open forum for all things ASTA, ASTAPAC, or about the Rocky Mountain Chapter. There's no question too small, and all feedback is always welcomed, so here's a new forum where you can connect with your local chapter!
Office Hours are typically on the first Friday of the month at Noon. We'll be on the Google Meet for the hour, and you can join anytime and stay only as long as you like. There's no agenda — this is for whatever you want to talk about! Simply click the link below to join the meeting.
We'll help with anything we can — and if we need to reach out to our colleagues at national HQ, we'll do that and follow up with you after the Office Hours.
I'm not an ASTA Member yet, but I have questions, can I join the Office Hours? Yes! Non-Members are welcome to join Office Hours.
Do I have to register in advance? Nope, no pre-registration is required. Simply click the button above between 12pm – 1pm on the First Friday of the month to join.
Can Suppliers join? ASTA Supplier Members, or Suppliers interested in joining ASTA, are welcome to join the Office Hours as well. Please note that if you are wanting to host a Supplier Meetup with our chapter, the best thing to do is reach out to [email protected] (that's pretty much going to be the answer in Office Hours).
I have a question but can't make it to Office Hours ... You can always reach out to us by email - simply send a note to [email protected].
What about holidays and other travel times? Some First Fridays are on a holiday (like July 4th), or our leadership team may be traveling that day. In these cases we will reschedule to the Second Friday. You can always check the Chapter Calendar to see when Office Hours are that month.
Do I have to stay the whole time? Not at all, feel free to join and leave anytime during Office Hours.
