ASTA Supplier Membership Required
Tables are open to ASTA Supplier Members. Suppliers must be a Supplier Member of ASTA to participate in any national or chapter-level events. $1,500 per day • ​Our Photo Booth is returning this year for BOTH days. Sponsoring the Photo Booth gets your logo on a printed photo that sits on Travel Advisor's desk (and is commonly featured on their social media!). You can sponsor one or both days! 
Event Bags
$850 • ​We distribute bags for all attendees to carry around literature and more. Your logo will be featured on the bags (alongside Rocky Mountain ASTA's smaller logo)

Pre-Event Email Blast
$500 • ​Draft up an email to our members featuring your unique offering and a preview of your presentation or special offer you'll be making at the ELEVATE conference. (Note, Rocky Mountain ASTA will be sending the email on your behalf.) (5 Spots Available)
Prize Giveaways
We encourage you to bring along a prize for our drawings. All suppliers providing giveaways will be acknowledged during the drawings. We do request that you let us know what the prize will be ahead of time, so that we can promote it to Travel Advisors ahead of time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MANY TRAVEL ADVISORS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND?
Every year more advisors attend and this is the largest trade show of its kind in the region. With the brand new focus, expanded programming, and incredible featured speakers, we are expecting more than ever. Last year we had 150 travel advisors from Colorado, Wyoming, and neighboring states, and this year we expect even more. 
DOES THIS COST ANYTHING?
Yes, please see Sponsorship Options.
When is payment due?
Payment is required to confirm your participation, so please send your registration payment as soon as possible. When you register, you'll have the option to pay by credit card (which is preferred) or send a paper check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer. Instructions for these alternative payment options will be available at checkout. There are no fees for any form of payment. 
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel your participation before July 31, 2026, a full refund will be provided.
After this date, a cancellation fee will apply:
  • 70–31 Days Prior: $250
  • 30–16 Days Prior: $500
  • 15–0 Days Prior: Non-refundable
Funds may not be rolled over to future years in the event you need to cancel. 
CAN I SHIP COLLATERAL IN ADVANCE?
Yes!  You can ship materials to our Chapter President's office as long as they arrive by October 5th. Late shipping can be sent directly to the hotel, attention Rocky Mountain ASTA. Materials shipped to the hotel will incur additional fees ranging from $10–$75 per box, depending on weight.

HOW ARE THE TABLES LAID OUT? CAN I CHOOSE MY TABLE'S LOCATION?
We have a brand new venue this year with a LOT more space. As all Suppliers will be in one room, and this is a new venue, we are not offering the option to choose your table location but feel free to send requests. 
HOW BIG ARE THE TABLES? ARE TABLE CLOTHS PROVIDED? 
This year there are bigger tables! Tables are 6-feet by 30 inches. 
Black linen tablecloths are provided for every table, and feel free to bring your own branded ones as well. 
IS THERE POWER TO THE TABLES? 
There are power outlets available throughout the room but they are limited. If you will need power please make a note of that in your registration. 
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Business Casual.
DO Suppliers get lunch?
Yes! Lunch is provided on both days. 
ARE REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED?
Yes, on Day 1 we will have a morning and afternoon break with snacks provided. On Day 2 we will have a morning break with snacks. Lunch is provided on both days for suppliers and advisors alike. 
Is there a fee for parking OR WIFI? 
There is no cost for parking or WiFi. WiFi is available in the meeting space. 
Can you recommend lodging options? 
Our host hotel, the Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows, has offered a special room rate of $159 per night. You can book your room now using this link.

Yes! The Leadership Team of Rocky Mountain ASTA will be inviting you to a special Supplier Reception on the evening of Day 1, October 9th. Details to follow. 
Are there breakfast options at the Denver Marriott South, Park Meadows?
Yes, there is a Starbucks open every morning, and a full service restaurant available for all meals.   For further details visit their website.

When you register for the event, you can choose your payment method. We prefer credit cards (no fees!) but you can also choose to pay by paper check, wire transfer, or ACH/Bank Transfer. Payment instructions are available in the checkout process. Payments must be received within 14 days of your registration.
